KeyInvest is pleased to advise that APRA has approved the merger of the AFS Funeral Benefit Fund (Non Assessable) and the AFS Funeral Benefit Fund (Taxable) into the KeyInvest Funeral Bond effective 31 March 2023. The merger of these Funds streamlines the investment management, custodial, accounting and reporting framework for these three Funds into one Fund and provides former AFS members with access to a broader range of investment opportunities offering enhanced return potential, while ensuring that the product features available to former AFS members continue to be offered under the KeyInvest Funeral Bond.
